Uploading any image, it gives us the permission to publish it on our website and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to republish it in any format. We do our best so that the travel providers provide honest and accurate information.

It must be informed that MY TRAVELING DATE only provides the connect to enable travellers to connect with each other and travel with each other. We are not a travel agency or a tour operator. All arrangements are entirely between travellers and travel providers. We do not introduce one party to another; we are merely a meeting point. It is your decision as a traveller to make contact with other Travellers and Travel Providers. We have no control over if the given information is truth and no resources to check every person's reliability. If you choose to talk to a traveller/travel provider or to go to meet them, it is at your own risk. Be aware that we don't investigate any person or travel providers background but we will strongly urge you to use the Ratings and Review system on the app. We advise you to check website, Google, Facebook, exchange e-mails in order to know the most as possible about the other party.

Since MY TRAVELING DATE is a Social Platform, we reserve the right to ban-block any user who is doing any of the following: Spreading Misinformation, Posting Porn or Nude Photos and Videos, Inciting hate speech and violence, Low Quality Profile, Building Fake Profiles, Sugar baby or sugar daddy, Doing Spam or Fraud, Using others photos and videos. You can appeal the same at contact@mytravelingdate.com . Also, the account will be blocked if the profile is inappropriate or violate community guidelines.

If travel is in a foreign country, you must obtain your own appropriate visa. MY TRAVELING DATEMY TRAVEL DATE cannot assist with your visa applications or help with your travel expenses. We won't be responsible for any problem arising from your failure to ensure that you meet any visa requirement or obligations for any country you visit while traveling. All questions regarding travel and visas should be put to the relevant embassy before traveling.

MY TRAVELING DATE reserves the right to cancel any membership without refund if the terms and conditions are not respected, if we consider any misuse of the App/website at our sole discretion. We may suspend membership if the account is not being used by the original subscriber or if joint persons are using it. Accounts are not transferable and members should inform MY TRAVELING DATE of any apparent breach of security, like theft of account, or unauthorized use of an account’s login name and password. This website should never be used for promoting anything not related to arrange genuine help exchanges.

MY TRAVELING DATE won't be responsible if you get damaged or harmed in any way from the interaction with other users in any way. We recommend that you have some personal/travel insurance prior to your trip. MY TRAVELING DATE is not responsible for providing any insurance or guarantees for a helper or a hotel/accomodation and we accept no liability in any way for work or host related incidents under any circumstances. By registering you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions and that they have same value as a signed agreement contract. It is your responsibility to check these terms of use before each use of MY TRAVELING DATE, since we reserve the right to change, add or remove portions at any time. Your continued use of MY TRAVELING DATE after changes on it means that you accept and agree to the changes.

You shall not use our service for unauthorized purpose, to impersonate any person or entity, to register for more than one user account, to use it for spam or any commercial purpose, to transmit any information about other person or entity, stalk or harass any other user, interfere our service or violate any law or regulation in any way.

You accept and permit that MY TRAVELING DATE has the right to use any data material on this website and all belonging services that are part of this site, like social medias, newsletter, etc. We will collect personal information from users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Non-personal information may be collected each time you access or use or sites.

MY TRAVELING DATEMY TRAVEL DATE is a social platform with the purpose to connect like-minded people around the globe to find travel partners. By creating an account on MY TRAVELING DATEMY TRAVEL DATE you hereby warrant the following;

You are at least 18 years of age.
You can form a binding contract with MY TRAVELING DATEMY TRAVEL DATE.
You are not barred from using the Service under the relevant Indian laws or the laws of any foreign country.
You do not have any unspent convictions, or are subject to any court order, relating to assault, violence, sexual misconduct or harassment.
You will not use our website or app if you have been removed from MY TRAVELING DATE.

MY TRAVELING DATE does not represent or warrant that (a) any matches or profiles presented will be compatible and/or guarantee success in finding a partner, or that (b) the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error free, (c) any defects or errors in the service will be corrected, (d) that any content or information you obtain on or through the service will be accurate, or (e) any suggestions or feedback will be incorporated.

MY TRAVELING DATE takes no responsibility for any content that you or another user or third party posts, sends or receives through the service. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is accessed at your own discretion and risk.

MY TRAVELING DATE disclaims and takes no responsibility for any conduct of you or any other user, on or off the service.

TERMINATION

You can cancel your basic membership via the Services at any time by clicking the "Delete Profile" button in the "Settings" / "Deactivate Account" area or by contacting: contact@mytravellingdate.com. Once a purchase has been made or billing cycle has begun, we cannot issue a refund for the Services. You can contact customer service or check the FAQ Help desk on how to cancel auto-renewal if you need further assistance. If you do not give notice of termination in accordance with your paid membership for the Services will be continued until the announced end day which you accepted during the ordering process.

If you would like to cancel your membership via the Services, it is also your obligation to cancel any auto-renewal for the Services, even if you have been banned, blocked, or suspended from the Services.

CONSENT TO DATA PROCESSING:

I agree to the collection of Network Connectivity related information like Coverage, Speed, Latency and Location.

I am aware that the anonymized data is used statistically, with the purpose of benchmarking and supporting the development and improvement of communication networks as well as Network usage related analysis.
